Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

About the Role

JJ Prime Mining is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee financial accounting, taxation, reporting, and banking activities. The role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax requirements, together with experience supporting international banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee finance and accounting activities and the preparation of financial reports.
Ensure financial reporting complies with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
Manage Indonesian tax compliance and administration, including Coretax processes and matters involving SKP and SKPLB.
Coordinate domestic and overseas banking activities and international transactions.
Manage finance and accounting workflows using ERP systems and reporting tools.
Coordinate financial and tax matters with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Fiscal Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least three years in a managerial position.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax law and practical experience applying PSAK.
Brevet B certification.
Proven experience using Coretax and handling SKP and SKPLB.
Experience handling overseas banking and international banking transactions.
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

Brevet C and/or a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CMA.
Experience in an investment firm, investment management, mining, or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of corporate finance.
Experience working with international stakeholders or on cross-border transactions.
